Bangkok Street Style: Oversized Clothing Trend

Oversized tees and jackets are the key components of the anti-fit trend that reigns in Bangkok. They not only offer a relaxed and fashion forward look but also keep you cool in the heat.

Thai girls respect the clothing etiquette by balancing out the proportions and matching the maxi tops with shorts or mini skirts ( even though sometimes the hem of the bottoms is hard to see ).

You can see below some examples of how to wear oversized everything in Bangkok. Do you feel more beautiful and at ease wearing slim fit or you prefer this trend?

  1. I’m so happy this is still in, because I have a separate oversized clothing wardrobe, which I’m cataloguing right now. When I go to art conventions, I try to look a little free and open, so no suit jackets for me. Lots of hemp, linen and cotton.

    1. You are cataloguing your clothes? You are far ahead of me 😀
I love how oversized fit other people but I feel like a dust bag when I wear it.
Waiting for your cozy outfits 🙂

    1. Thank you loving it 🙂 I got some ideas as well, actually I’m getting more and more ideas every time I spend time street-watching (more ideas on how to spend more money too)
