A remarkable workshop called Fashion Remake was hosted at Expo Gate in Milan in the past days. The project is a result of the collaboration between the European Institute of Design in Milan and Ekocycle – an indipendent brand created by Coca Cola and will.i.am that educates customers about recycling.
Six young designers had the opportunity to present their eco-friendly collections made with yarns that are 100% derived from postconsumer plastic bottles. Would you ever say? Take a look at the photos an see how edgy, glamorous and avant-garde can sustainable fashion be.
