Yesterday was another exciting day for me, fashionwise speaking. I had the chance to explore in detail Escada’s proposals for the next SS16. Subtle luxury elements that highlight craftmanship and heritage seemed to dominate the entire collection. As I was walking through the different styles I discovered many innovative techniques and fabrics that added a glamorous feel to the clean and and sophisticated silhouettes.
I have to admit that in my perception Escada has never been a brand that catered to the young public but after yesterday’s immersion in their world I can tell that there were many pieces in the collection that were boasting that contemporary luxury chic touch that make them quickly reach the top positions in the wish list of any fashionista.
