In the past couple of months I built the new habit of taking picture of my latte macchiato in every place I drink it (I can’t guarantee you, thought, that I didn’t have this habit beforehand). There were venues where I liked the atmosphere and the service, whereas in others I appreciated more the latte itself and the presentation.
Here is the result of those intense mornings/afternoons in the Milanese coffee shops.
Potafiori – nothing to say, location, latte and service are great
Potafiori
22 Milano – one of my favorite
Eppol – great for coffee pause
Eppol
Marotin – the worst latte ever but I think the coffee is to blame
MArotin
B (near via Torino)
B
Momo in Isola district – the one I liked the most
Cioccolati Italiani in Via Torino
The bar at Villa NEcchi
Crazy Cat Cafè
Pasticceria Eoliana
Granaio
Amordì in via Lomellina
L’Arabesque – nice location and latte but the service is worst in town
Riad Food Garden
MAG – it actually a gelateria and there are not tables but I was cold. Good for a very quick stop.
Otto Malpighi
Kitchen Amore
Bottega – I would have likes it more with a bigger spoon that doesn’t drown into the milk
Sottosopra – newly opened in Via Attilio Regolo
Sottosopra – newly opened in Via Attilio Regolo
Clotilde Bistrot – too simple for the awesome location
Pasticherì in Via Canonica
Pasticherì in Via Canonica
Osteria del Binari in Via Tortona

Amazing!! I love coffee. Not quite the Macchiatos obviously 😉 But espresso or just black coffee. Milan offers great coffee. And guess what…I am definitely coming to Milan this year. Most probably in September. I am going to tell you when I know more 😉
Yayyyyy, sounds great, can’t wait to see you! I am already taking note of all the vegan places in Milan. Btw in many bars the have the option with soy or almond milak. But if you don’t like milk then caffè it is!
I am very much looking forward to it too 🙂 Ahhh that sounds great! I would love to hear about these vegan places 😉
