We had the chance to see its untouched beauty first on our way from Stone Town to Nungwi and then from Nungwi to Bwejuu.
Shall I mention that my favourite view was the mix palm and banana trees raising above the red soil and the small mud houses? They seemed so exotic, I could’t stop taking pictures. However, I am somehow sure that I wouldn’t love living there.
